**The Role**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Spanish), you'll play a critical role in our Collections department, communicating with borrowers and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing customer service regarding issues in a high-volume call center
* Opening clients' complaints and resolving customer disputes
* Deescalating customer issues and escalating to appropriate managers as needed
* Meeting defined department goals and activity metrics
* Daily and weekly reporting to direct supervisors
* Providing pay-off quotes to dealers and customers
* Providing written account information as requested by customers
* Answering inbound phone calls as needed
* Handling transfer of ownership
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Demonstrated historical career stability
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year of related customer service experience
* Detail-conscious and task-oriented mindset
* Commitment to excellent customer service to our customers and dealer partners
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Compensation and Schedule**
* Hourly compensation: $18.53/hour
* Competitive monthly bonus structure
* Monday to Friday schedule, with flexible start times (8:00am to 4:30pm EST or 9:00am to 5:30pm EST)
