Overview
We are the NY division of a global Fortune 500 company, publicly traded on the NYSE. Since 1951 we have assisted union workers with their benefit packages. We respond to client requests with no cold calling, soliciting, or prospecting. We work with blue-collar workers such as teachers, construction workers, nurses, home health aides, electricians, actors, MTA workers and more. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have gone 100% remote and grown significantly. We seek applicants who want a career position with the option of being groomed into management. Responsibilities
• Meet with union members virtually via laptop, who have submitted requests related to their benefits.
• Work remotely as part of a team and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.
• Contribute to promotions to management for remote workers based on performance.
Qualifications
• Experience: Not required
• Languages: English – Advanced; Spanish – Advanced
• Employment: Full-time
• Salary: $20,000 – $125,000 yearly
• Benefits: Weekly bonuses
• Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish-speaking clients)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Have a good work ethic; be coachable and goal-oriented; have integrity and pass a background check
• Excellent communication skills; desire a career position with potential for management
