Open Roles (You Can Apply for One or More) We’re actively recruiting for the following freelance-to-full-time position: Performance Marketing Expert: PPC & Meta Ads Manager (StreamTV / CTV Experience Preferred) Job Description: We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Manager to take our paid acquisition to the next level. You will lead the strategy and execution for our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring high ROI and scalable growth. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Campaign Management: Design, launch, and optimize high-performing PPC (Search/Display) and Meta (FB/IG) campaigns. Creative Strategy: Develop and test creative hooks and ad copy that resonate with our target audience. Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and CTR, providing actionable insights through weekly reporting. Cross-Channel Integration: Align paid strategies with organic SEO efforts to maximize search engine real estate. What We’re Looking For: Paid Media Expertise: Proven track record in managing Meta Ads Manager and Google PPC. StreamTV / CTV Experience (Huge Plus): Experience buying and optimizing ads on Connected TV platforms (Hulu, Peacock, etc.). SEO Savvy: You understand how paid and organic search work together and can help bridge the gap. Creative Mindset: You don't just "turn on ads"; you understand what makes a winning creative and can provide direction for new assets. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 for advanced tracking. Familiarity with programmatic buying platforms for video.
