**What Part Will You Play?**
As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for cardholders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients.
* Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes.
* Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases.
* Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
* Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve cardholder inquiries.
**What Are We Looking For in This Role?**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-contact center experience in the last 18 months
+ Ability to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule
+ Willingness to be on camera at all times
+ Non-negotiable hourly pay of $15.00
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 12 months of contact center or work-from-contact center experience in the last 18 months
+ Banking customer service experience

+ Works under close supervision
