**A Day in the Life**
As a Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement, your days will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a real impact on our customers' lives. You'll start your day by reviewing customer feedback and product usage data to identify friction points, then collaborate with our product team to develop targeted retention initiatives that drive device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement. In the afternoon, you might present retention metrics and campaign results to our leadership team, while also planning for upcoming product launches that require comprehensive retention strategies across multiple touchpoints.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute data-driven retention initiatives to support arenaflex's goals around device health, subscription retention, and user engagement
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention
* Leverage data and customer insights to identify opportunities and act as the voice of the customer to propose communications that improve the arenaflex customer experience
* Test, track, and measure the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement
* Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform future retention strategies
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve arenaflex's approach

Whether recommending new smart home solutions or ensuring current devices remain online and performing well, our team is constantly finding ways to engage and retain arenaflex's growing customer base.
**Basic Qualifications**
* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience with end-to-end product delivery
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
* Experience as a product manager or owner
* Experience owning technology products
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
* Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
