Title • *U.S.-Based Part-Time TikTok Social Media Assistant** ## Job Description We are looking for a U.S.-based part-time social media assistant to help us manage and publish content for a consumer mobile app brand. This role will start mainly as a content publishing and account operations role. We will prepare the videos, images, captions, and posting instructions. Your job will be to log into the assigned TikTok account, upload the content, follow the posting instructions, and report once the posts are live. ### Responsibilities - Manage daily publishing for one TikTok account - Upload pre-made videos or image posts based on our instructions - Add captions, hashtags, covers, and other posting details as needed - Publish 1–2 posts per day per account - Send a simple update after posting, such as the post link or screenshot - Follow a clear publishing SOP - No content creation is required at the beginning - Log into the account for around 15 minutes per day for light account activity - Browse relevant TikTok content to stay aware of trends in the niche - Share interesting content examples, trends, or audience feedback with the team - If the collaboration goes well, the role may expand into caption writing, content ideas, light editing, or basic account engagement ### Who We’re Looking For - Based in the United States - Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form video content - Junior freelancers, students, or early-career social media assistants are welcome - Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive - Comfortable following clear instructions and repeatable workflows - Interested in lifestyle, relationships, emotional wellness, or female-focused content is a plus - Good sense of casual social media language is a plus ### Workload The schedule is flexible. At the beginning, we expect this to require around 2 days per week. The daily workload should be light, since most of the content will already be prepared. We will start with one account. If the collaboration goes well, there may be opportunities to support more accounts and take on more responsibilities. ### Payment Hourly payment. The initial role is focused on publishing and account support. If you are able to contribute to content creation, captions, editing, or creative ideas later, we are open to expanding the role and increasing compensation accordingly. ### Please Include in Your Application 1.
