Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, and future vacation plans
Introduce travelers to a variety of options including cruises, resorts, guided vacations, family trips, and international destinations
Assist clients in comparing travel experiences and selecting options that align with their goals and budget
Coordinate travel arrangements and support reservation-related activities
Educate clients on destination highlights, travel products, and available promotions
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Track client interactions and maintain organized records using company platforms
Stay informed on industry developments, supplier updates, and emerging travel trends
Participate in ongoing training, virtual workshops, and team collaboration sessions
