Responsibilities

Provide clients with information about destinations, travel requirements, and available options
Assist with reservation requests and monitor booking progress
Share supplier promotions, exclusive offers, and travel opportunities with prospective and existing clients
Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the booking process
Maintain detailed records of client communications and travel plans
Continue learning about new destinations, supplier products, and industry developments
Participate in virtual training sessions and educational events
