About the position
The Specifying Spanish Bilingual Representative (Remote) works from home and engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. Responsibilities
• Utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries
• Have working knowledge of car mechanics
• Provides verification and/or recommendation on correct auto parts requirements
• May require considerable adaptation in response to the particular customer in order to achieve success
• Maintain database case notes on all situations
• Reads and researches relevant materials and resources to stay current in programs
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be fluent in Spanish in verbal and written form
• 1 - 2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
• PC / Keyboarding Skills including Word & Excel
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
