As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing technical support, and managing customer accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving complex issues
• Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
• Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
• Time and task management, multitasking, and task prioritization
• Extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, with a strong understanding of health insurance and the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
