Senior UI/UX Designer - Digital Experience

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic digital team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across our client's digital platforms, ensuring intuitive navigation, engaging interfaces, and seamless user journeys. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant, functional, and visually appealing design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces, ensuring consistency in design language and brand identity across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into design strategies. Perform design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members. Optimize existing user interfaces for improved usability, accessibility, and conversion rates. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture. Experience with various user research methodologies and the ability to translate research findings into actionable design improvements. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience working in a remote-first environment is a plus.
