Senior PPC Specialist

Job Description: • Build full-funnel paid search and social strategies aligned with pipeline, CAC, and LTV targets • Size opportunities and forecast ROI for campaign initiatives • Create effective account structures and roadmaps for performance improvement • Launch, monitor, and A/B test campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and emerging platforms • Drive continuous improvement in CTR, CVR, ROAS, and impression share • Optimize budget allocation and implement new platform features • Use GA4 and Looker to identify performance trends and actionable insights • Translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior leadership • Develop reporting that highlights key metrics and opportunities • Partner with Creative on ad copy and visual concepts • Coach junior team members on PPC best practices • Recommend new tools, betas, and channels worth piloting Requirements: • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, P-Max) and Google Tag Manager • Demonstrated proficiency with bid automation strategies (Target ROAS, tCPA), audience segmentation, and feed management • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive CAC, ROAS, or revenue goals in both B2B and B2C environments • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Excel, Looker/Power BI, and performance analysis • Growth mindset with a commitment to iteration, documentation, and knowledge sharing • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Benefits: • Collaborative and innovative work environment • Opportunity to work with diverse clients • Work methodology that involves not letting clients take command of the creative process (rare, huh?) • Career advancement pathways
