About the Role

We are looking for a Data Lead to build and lead our data team from the ground up. This role greatly impacts how we underwrite our customers, helping us make data-driven decisions and optimizing data infrastructure to support critical business decisions. As data lead, you will lay the foundation for a high-performing team, making an immediate impact while setting the stage for future growth.

As the founding member of our data team, you will have a massive impact on our business, from defining data strategy to implementing best practices for data management, analytics, and engineering. You will drive immediate results and lay the foundation for a high-performing team, ensuring we remain at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.
