The position is a 100% commission-only, 1099 partnership, offering autonomy and uncapped earning potential. The company provides a consistent flow of high-intent leads and a dedicated back-office team for retention, allowing the specialist to focus on sales. The role emphasizes a "closer" mentality and deep knowledge of the Medicare landscape.
Responsibilities
• Handle 100% inbound calls from seniors seeking Medicare guidance.
• Provide expertise on Medicare Advantage (MA), Supplements, and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP).
• Focus on closing sales and building a pipeline.
• Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines.
• Manage a high-speed home office and operate with self-discipline.
Requirements
• Active Life & Health License
• Demonstrated ability to close sales ("Closer" DNA)
• Deep knowledge of Medicare (MA/MAPD/PDP)
• High-speed home office setup
• Self-discipline to work autonomously
