Your primary responsibilities will include: * Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy that prioritizes customer data governance, metadata management, and strategic integrations. * Collaborating closely with various teams, including Engineering, Data Ventures, and Marketing, to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences. * Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success. * Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in customer privacy, data protection, data governance, and compliance. * Influencing both internal and external stakeholders as a thought leader in the field of customer data and identity management. **What You'll Do** * Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that prioritizes customer data governance, metadata management, and strategic integrations. * Collaborate with various teams to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences. * Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success. * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in customer privacy, data protection, data governance, and compliance. * Influence both internal and external stakeholders as a thought leader in the field of customer data and identity management. **You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If...** * You are an excellent communicator and presenter. * You have a deep domain knowledge around privacy or data management. * You are passionate about tackling complex challenges. * You are customer-centric and data-driven. * You can influence and build consensus across various stakeholders. * You have a test and learn approach to improve your team's products. * You have domain knowledge in Customer Data Platforms. * You have a strong ability to craft a credible vision and strategy. * You have experience in a Fortune 500 company. * You are comfortable working in complex and matrixed organizations. * You possess a strong understanding of international privacy regulations. * You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale projects to completion. **You'll Make an Impact By...** * Defining and executing the vision and strategy for metadata management and strategic integrations within the Customer Data Platform team. * Leading and mentoring a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation. * Driving product development with engineering, data governance, analytics, and compliance teams, delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences. * Defining and tracking key product metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact. * Leveraging customer data and insights to drive the growth flywheel, improve decision-making, and foster data-driven innovation. * Advocating for the voice of the customer, ensuring product features align with user needs and deliver measurable business value. * Ensuring all ingested metadata is tagged for automated enforcement. **Qualifications** * 9+ years in Product Management with a focus on privacy or data management. * Retail industry experience is a plus. * Quantitative or technical background preferred. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. * Proven experience in developing and executing successful product roadmaps and initiatives. * Solid understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market trends in the retail space. * Demonstrated ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize. **About the Team** The Privacy and Trust Product Team focuses on empowering teams across the company to access high-quality, unified customer data while ensuring robust privacy and data governance standards.
