Our mission is to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one cup at a time. **The US Customer Finance Team** Our US Customer Finance team is a critical partner in driving business growth and revenue planning. We provide centralized financial expertise to our customer interaction channels, including brand marketing, loyalty programs, partnerships, order & pick-up channels, and payments. We work closely with business teams to provide reporting and support, helping to achieve the company's strategic priorities. **Role Overview** As a Senior Financial Analyst on our US Customer Marketing team, you'll be a critical partner in driving business growth and revenue planning. You'll own dynamic financial modeling, champion the financial perspective in cross-functional teams, and present financial results with actionable insights. You'll also build cross-functional partnerships across multiple business teams to ensure clear understanding of program strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Own dynamic financial modeling contributing to the US revenue build * Champion the financial perspective in cross-functional teams, leading with financial acumen, business knowledge, and expertise * Present financial results with actionable insights to drive alignment to the strategic vision, and influence business leaders as a trusted financial advisor * Build cross-functional partnerships across multiple business teams to ensure clear understanding of program strategies and identify opportunities for improvement * Collaborate with the Customer Loyalty leadership team to understand customer engagement strategies and translate the financial impact * Set the discount budget and influence overall transaction projections **We'd Love to Hear from People with:** * A Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of US military experience * 5 or more years of experience in a role performing financial analysis job functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting * 2 or more years of experience in a role using electronic financial modeling skills * 3 or more years of experience in a role presenting financial analysis and recommendations to a business unit leader **Essential Qualifications** * Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence business leaders and stakeholders * Strong collaboration and partnership skills, with experience working across multiple business teams * Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Knowledge of customer loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies * Experience working with electronic financial modeling tools and software * Strong business acumen and understanding of the coffee industry **Skills and Competencies** * Strong financial analysis and modeling skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong collaboration and partnership skills * Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Business acumen and understanding of the coffee industry * Electronic financial modeling skills * Customer loyalty program knowledge **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our partners grow and develop their careers.
