About the position
Join our fast-growing US team within the competence center for FP&A. We tackle challenges faced by CFO organizations and collaborate with clients to design and implement efficient and innovative controlling, accounting, and financial ecosystems. We have a strong focus on CFO strategy, finance transformation, cost and profit accounting, planning and forecasting, KPI-driven performance management and management reporting. From strategic alignment to solution design and technical implementation, we deliver end-to-end support, including expertise in software solutions like SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement modern FP&A solutions, focusing on operations controlling and cost & profit accounting.
• Support projects from concept to implementation.
• Facilitate client workshops.
• Perform data-driven analyses.
• Interact closely with stakeholders.
• Conceptualize operational controlling solutions for various corporate functions.
• Define controlling systems (cost accounting along value streams in particular).
• Develop customized solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries.
• Involve in cross-consultancy topics.
• Engage in market-related activities, such as publications, development of new areas or tools and market initiatives in the FP&A space.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes on client engagements.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our FP&A consulting portfolio.
• Support business development activities, including preparing proposal materials, contributing to client presentations, and developing insights and thought leadership content to help win FP&A engagements.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of high value consulting experience in combination with a very good finance expertise.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and other tools such as BlackLine and PowerBI.
• MBA or Master´s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting the delivery of FP&A projects, contributing to high-quality outcomes through analytical input, stakeholder collaboration, and reliable execution across project phases.
