Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About The Company
We make custom-printed poly mailers for ecommerce shipping packaging, made in the USA, runs from 500 to 5,000,000 pieces. Real product, real margin, real customers shipping millions of orders a month.
Role Overview
We're hiring our first in-house SDR to build the outbound AI engine from scratch. This is not a 'send 200 emails a day from a script' role. You'll own the stack, the strategy, and the numbers.
Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence
What You'll Do
• Build the modern outbound motion: Apollo + Clay + Smartlead + LinkedIn
• Own ICP development across DTC ecommerce brands, 3PLs, and subscription boxes
• Run signal-based prospecting (Shopify growth, recent funding, ops hiring triggers)
• Write sequences that don't sound like AI wrote them
• Book 30+ qualified meetings a month for our AE
• Manage deliverability, domain warmup, sample fulfillment workflow
• Report directly to the CEO
Who You Are
• 2-4 years SDR or BDR experience at a B2B company
• Hands-on with Apollo and at least one of Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach, or Salesloft
• You use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make) and can show me your workflow
• Personal best month of 25+ meetings booked
• Strong written communication, short and sharp
• US-based, comfortable working remote with a small team
Compensation
• $65-75k base depending on experience & your location
• Sales commission bonus! Full benefits, equipment, all tooling covered
• Direct path to Senior SDR or Sales Ops lead within 12 months
