If you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Client Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * **Customer Service Functions**: Greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all. * **Scheduling and Confirming Appointments**: Manage appointment schedules, confirm client bookings, and ensure timely communication with clients and our veterinary team. * **Presenting and Explaining Fees**: Clearly explain our services and fees to clients, ensuring they understand the value we offer and the care we provide. * **Answering Questions and Educating Clients**: Provide expert advice on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, including heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control. * **Managing Medical Records and Correspondence**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements. * **Hospital Maintenance**: Ensure the hospital is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, both inside and outside, including the removal of animal waste and other tasks as required. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: The ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and veterinarians, both verbally and in writing. * **Positive Attitude and Teamwork**: A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, supporting each other to deliver exceptional customer service. * **Attention to Detail**: The ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. * **Flexibility and Adaptability**: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including emergencies, changes in workload, or technical developments. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * **Experience in a Customer Service or Veterinary Environment**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or veterinary setting would be an asset. * **Knowledge of Animal Care and Husbandry**: A basic understanding of animal care and husbandry principles, including nutrition, behavior, and health. * **Certifications or Training**: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, veterinary care, or animal behavior would be an advantage. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: The ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and veterinarians, both verbally and in writing. * **Positive Attitude and Teamwork**: A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, supporting each other to deliver exceptional customer service. * **Attention to Detail**: The ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. * **Flexibility and Adaptability**: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including emergencies, changes in workload, or technical developments. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development.
