Role Overview
We are hiring a SalesEnablement & Training Specialist to onboard, train, and supportSalesDevelopment Representatives (SDRs) in a BPO or high-volume call center environment. This role is open to experienced SDRs and former SDR Team Leads who enjoy coaching, improving performance, and building simple, repeatable sales processes.

You will be hands-on with training, coaching, and day-to-day sales execution, helping SDRs ramp quickly and perform consistently.
