Job Description:
• Attend pre-set, company-provided appointments and deliver a professional, consultative presentation to homeowners.
• Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM to ensure every lead is tracked and followed up.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions, overcome objections, and move deals to close.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to review performance, share insights, and stay aligned with team goals.
• Commit to ongoing training to sharpen your skills, including sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach at every interaction.
Requirements:
• Driven, ambitious, and results-focused closers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and presentation tools.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
