Scope of Work:
Modify existing architectural plans in Revit and/or AutoCAD
Implement plan check corrections from LADBS
Make redline updates and design adjustments
Update site plans, floor plans, elevations, and details
Assist with preparing clean sets for resubmittal (RTI-ready plans)
Coordinate with our team on quick revisions and turnaround times
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Revit (preferred) and/or AutoCAD
Experience working with architectural plan sets
Ability to quickly understand and implement redlines
Detail-oriented and responsive
Bonus (not required but highly preferred):
Experience with City of Los Angeles / LADBS permitting process
Familiarity with California building codes, zoning, or Title 24
Experience with ADUs, duplexes, or small multifamily projects
Work Style:
Fast-paced environment with frequent revisions
Clear communication is critical
Ability to turn around changes quickly (sometimes same-day)
