- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry with project management experience
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and project management principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in POS systems (TOAST) and operational software
- Strong communication skills with executive leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Hiring forecast and workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Sales forecasting and budget management to drive profitability
- Overseeing POS updates and system optimizations for operational smoothness
- Conducting loss prevention audits and implementing corrective measures
- Planning and organizing the annual company meeting, including logistics and agenda setting
- Continuously monitoring systems for improvement opportunities and implementing necessary changes
