This executive role is responsible for leading the company's business development strategy, driving revenue growth, and overseeing market expansion and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's long-term business development strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends
- Design growth initiatives to expand market share and revenue
- Lead domestic and international business expansion projects
- Support the company's global growth strategy and long-term business objectives
- Develop B2B and B2C business development strategies
- Expand wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and international distribution channels
- Identify and penetrate new geographic markets
- Build and strengthen the company's global customer network
- Explore new business models and strategic market opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Negotiate strategic cooperation agreements and commercial partnerships
- Identify potential business alliances and investment opportunities
- Increase customer retention and long-term business value
- Enhance customer satisfaction through strategic account management
- Lead international market expansion initiatives
- Develop cross-border business opportunities
- Build relationships with overseas distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
- Support the localization strategy for international markets
- Monitor global jewelry market trends and competitive activities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Align business development objectives with the company's overall corporate strategy
- Improve cross-functional collaboration to accelerate business growth
- Establish standardized business development processes and best practices
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and business performance
- Develop business growth strategies based on market intelligence
- Monitor business development KPIs and revenue performance
- Optimize customer conversion rates and business profitability
- Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Identify commercial risks and potential business challenges
- Ensure business development activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Evaluate contractual and partnership risks
- Support sustainable and compliant business growth
Skills
- 20–25 years of experience in business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or related commercial functions
- At least 8 years of senior leadership experience at the Director level or above
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding global markets
- Excellent strategic thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong ability to build executive-level client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a global business environment
- Extensive experience in the jewelry, luxury goods, fashion, consumer products, or related industries is preferred
- Strong international business development and cross-border market experience is highly preferred
