Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SearchPros is seeking an Information & Application Developer to join the Client Defense, Space and Security team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves gathering requirements, maintaining existing applications, analyzing data, and designing new tools.
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate end user requirements to enhance or develop tools and applications
- Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources
- Write and maintain code to automate data access, integration, processing, and analysis
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to visualize data and provide insights
- Design, program, test, and maintain computing tools and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming, application, and integration issues
- Learn and apply Boeing compliance policies and requirements to ensure robust security and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review system performance and recommend improvements
- Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement of this request
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in information and application development and data analysis
- 5+ years of experience with Python
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript
- 1+ years of experience with AzureDevOps
- 1+ years of experience with RestAPI
- Understanding of relational databases
- Familiarity with data reporting, performance metrics, and visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study, in computer science, engineering, or related discipline with 5 or more years of relevant work experience
- Experience with manufacturing and shop floor systems, processes, and environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
