They are seeking a TV Writer to create original features and lists focusing on TV content, pitch article topics, and contribute consistently while adhering to editorial guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Write original features and lists that focus on TV (and streaming)
- Expertise or strong knowledge in Network TV content is required
- Pitch article topics to our Editorial team
- Be a dedicated and consistent contributor to the site
- Follow CBR’s general Editorial Guidelines while producing unique and high-quality content
- Produce articles in a timely manner to ensure that the latest industry news and most interesting content are always available to CBR’s loyal readers
- Work under tight deadlines and submit tasks on time
Skills
- Expertise or strong knowledge in Network TV content is required
- Educational Background in journalism or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in producing Film/TV related content
- Have a passion and working knowledge of the Entertainment industry (Television)
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Experience with SEO practices
- Experience with a custom CMS, preferred
