TOI TOI USA is looking for a driven and reliable Territory Sales Representative to expand their market share and strengthen customer relationships. The role involves managing sales activities within a geographic territory, developing new business, and providing exceptional customer service through regular in-person engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all sales activities within an assigned geographic territory
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and increasing market share
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, jobsite visits, customer meetings, and other business development activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, industrial facilities, municipalities, event organizers, and other target customers
- Conduct regular in person customer visits to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing revenue opportunities
- Consistently present all applicable service offerings, fees, and value added solutions to customers
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities, activities, and customer interactions are documented within the company’s CRM system ZOHO
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and management teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and develop competitive strategies
- Meet or exceed established sales, revenue, prospecting, and account growth objectives
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company initiatives designed to improve performance and support business growth
- Maintain a professional image while representing TOI TOI USA in the field and within the communities served
Skills
- Proven outside sales, territory sales, or business development experience with a strong track record of success
- Reliable, dedicated, and self-motivated, with the grit, follow through, and persistence needed to develop a territory and win new business
- Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, overcome objections, and close new business
- Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting with customers, visiting jobsites, and developing business within an assigned territory
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow up skills
- Highly organized and able to manage a sales territory with accountability, discipline, and consistency
- Ability to build trust with customers and collaborate effectively with internal partners
- Experience using a CRM system to manage pipeline activity, customer interactions, and sales progress
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend practical service solutions
- Professional, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a strong advantage
- Experience selling to contractors, construction companies, industrial customers, municipalities, event organizers, or similar customer groups preferred
