Responsibilities
- Own the sales performance in your territory and be fully accountable for results
- Develop and expand the distributor network in line with company strategy
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, growing together with our partners
- Collaborate with field retail promotion teams to boost product shelf presence and brand visibility in local retail outlets
- Connect retail point‑of‑sale dynamics to drive both sell‑in and sell‑through
- Spot customer needs and competitive shifts in time, and provide actionable feedback on customers and product strategy
- Execute local marketing campaigns and initiatives
Skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Valid U.S. driver's license and own a reliable vehicle (required for territory travel)
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in U.S. vape/e‑cigarette channel sales
- Keen sensitivity to market and industry trends
- Strong execution, self‑motivation, and a results‑driven mindset
