The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to source and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates for Product, Engineering and Data Science roles
- Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
- Ensure efficient and fast scheduling, facilitate communication among all parties, and ensure hiring is within budget
- Providing strategic partnership to hiring managers, giving market insights, assisting with decision making and driving urgency
- Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure it is the single source of truth for tracking
- Create reports on the recruiting process to provide clear insight into the hiring pipeline and actionable insights to improve the pipeline
- Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment and talent acquisition best practices
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a full life-cycle Technical Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills, with experience using various sourcing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and move at high speed
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Experience Recruiting for Python, Docker, Ruby, React highly advantageous
