- Posting job openings on websites and other social media platforms in an effort to draw applicants
- Cultivate connections with employers and candidates
- Use a comprehensive candidate database, LinkedIn, and other sources to find, identify, and contact qualified candidates.
- Oversee interviews, evaluate applications from applicants, and compile short lists of potential candidates for the clients
- Schedule candidate interviews with the client, notify candidates of the outcome of their interviews, and provide feedback to the client
- Finalize agreements between clients and candidates, including pay and conditions
- Provide candidates and clients with guidance on salary scales, training programs, and career advancement in your niche market
