Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is partnering with a leading global company in the medical device and healthcare technology space to hire a Social Media Specialist. This role involves executing day-to-day social media strategies, managing content across various platforms, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance brand engagement and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day social media publishing, scheduling, and coordination across owned and paid channels
- Maintain and support global social content calendars aligned to enterprise priorities and campaigns
- Format and optimize content for platform-specific best practices and audience expectations
- Partner with integrated marketing, content, communications, investor relations, regional teams, and agency partners to activate content at scale
- Support community management by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and interactions in partnership with moderation teams
- Escalate sensitive or complex inquiries appropriately while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Track and report on key social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, CTR, and related KPIs
- Identify trends, audience sentiment, and opportunities to improve content, cadence, and channel performance
- Support organic and paid social execution, including coordination with internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives to improve effectiveness across social platforms
- Help support the development of enterprise social media playbooks, frameworks, guidelines, and scalable processes
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in social media execution, community management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with social publishing, scheduling, engagement, and daily activation workflows
- Familiarity with social media management, publishing, and analytics tools
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to brand voice and detail
- Ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across global, cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting enterprise, corporate, healthcare, medical device, or global brands preferred
- Experience with platforms such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
