The role involves configuring and building HRSD solutions, implementing workflows, and developing integrations while enhancing the Employee Center and supporting various testing phases.
Responsibilities
- Configure/build HRSD solution, implement workflows, develop integrations, enhance Employee Center, support testing
- Deliver Action Item Aggregation across SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur
- Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time)
- Implement HR Workflow Automation
- Configure Virtual Agent + Teams integration
- Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution
- Participate in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions)
- Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer

- Total Experience: 8 to 12 years
- Relevant Experience: 8 to 12 years
- Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD configuration & development
- Employee Center configuration (UI, access, navigation)
- Workflow automation, catalog items, case management
- Integration development (REST/API, IntegrationHub)
- Configured HRSD solution (forms, workflows, automation)
