Skills
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a staffing firm or executive search firm
- Proven success sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with the discipline to thrive in a commission-only environment
- High-volume producer who wants to maximize their income
- Experience managing both clients and candidates is highly preferred
- Experience recruiting in the fleet maintenance, transportation, waste, or insurance industries is a major plus
