They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Marketing Analyst and Data Specialist to support marketing performance analysis and optimization efforts by leveraging data across multiple platforms and systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and lead generation
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools for leadership and marketing teams
- Monitor and evaluate search marketing performance, trends, and KPIs
- Manage and maintain data integrations across marketing and CRM platforms
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
- Utilize analytics platforms to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Assist in tracking ROI, conversion metrics, and funnel performance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with related experience required; higher education experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in search marketing and analytics required

- Comfortable presenting information to individuals and small groups within the organization
