PeoplePlusTech Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant to lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities from various ERP systems into SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will ensure high data quality, business continuity, and a successful go-live while collaborating with stakeholders and managing data-related issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities across SAP ECC, EPICOR, NetSuite, and SAP S/4HANA environments
- Perform hands-on:
- Extract
- Transform
- Cleanse
- Load
- Validate
- Reconcile activities across multiple source and target systems
- Analyze and map legacy data structures to SAP S/4HANA target models
- Design and execute data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation strategies
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and business continuity throughout the migration lifecycle
- Support testing, validation, mock conversions, cutover, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and integration teams
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues and migration risks
- Ensure Customer, Vendor, and Material Master data are accurately migrated and aligned with business requirements
Skills
- Strong Experience In: SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA data migration
- Expertise In: End-to-end Data Migration Lifecycle, ETL, Data Mapping, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, Data Quality Management, SAP S/4HANA Data Objects including: Business Partner (BP), Customer Master, Vendor Master, Material Master, Finance Data
- Hands-On Experience With: SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC), SQL and/or ABAP for data extraction, transformation, and validation, WinPure Data Quality Tool (Mandatory)
- Data profiling, cleansing, matching, deduplication, standardization, and governance
- Large-scale master and transactional data migration
- Data quality assessment and remediation
- Golden Record management and master data harmonization
- Experience integrating data through: APIs, Flat Files, Third-Party Systems
- Proven experience leading complex SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives
- Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks
- Hands-on migration consultant capable of both functional and technical execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Able to work night shift hours aligned with US Eastern Time business operations
- Non-SAP ERP integration and migration projects (EPICOR and NetSuite preferred)
- Multi-ERP consolidation projects involving: SAP ECC, EPICOR, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA
- SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations
- SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
- Vendor/Customer to Business Partner (BP) conversion
- Data Lake environments supporting SAP migration programs
- Experience supporting global stakeholders and distributed project teams
