Remote Receptionist / Scheduler (Work From Home – Automotive Service)

Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally • Schedule and optimize appointments based on location, urgency, and service type • Guide customers toward booking using provided pricing and service guidelines • Follow up with missed calls, estimates, and undecided leads • Confirm appointments and send timely reminders to reduce no-shows • Maintain accurate customer records and job details • Communicate clear, complete job information to the technician • Monitor daily schedule and help fill open time slots • Escalate urgent or high-value jobs quickly • Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience from first contact to booking Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent phone presence and customer service ability • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Basic understanding of automotive services (or willingness to learn quickly) • Confident in guiding conversations toward booking appointments • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills • Comfortable using phones, messaging apps, and scheduling software • Reliable time management and ability to work independently • Attention to detail when recording customer and job information • Ability to follow scripts, pricing guides, and company processes Job Type: Part-time Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Application Question(s): • Do you have basic automotive knowledge?
