They are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to monitor interpreter performance, ensure quality standards, and provide coaching that drives continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor recorded OPI/VRI interpretation sessions
- Evaluate interpreter performance using QA standards
- Provide coaching and performance feedback
- Identify quality trends and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards
- Prepare QA reports and documentation
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Training teams
Skills
- 2+ years of OPI/VRI interpretation experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience providing coaching and feedback
- Wired high-speed internet
- USB noise-cancelling headset
- Quiet workspace
- Previous QA experience in a BPO or Language Services environment
