Kopius is a technology-focused company committed to innovation, and they are seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the Analytics Platform Engineering function. This role involves defining and executing the enterprise data and business intelligence roadmap, focusing on data platform strategy, analytics architecture, and scalable data operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the roadmap, strategy, and execution plans for the Analytics Platform Engineering team
- Design and evolve scalable business intelligence and data warehouse platforms across cloud and hybrid environments
- Lead architecture and engineering decisions related to data platforms, analytics infrastructure, reporting systems, and BI services
- Identify opportunities for automation, tooling improvements, and process optimization to maximize business value from data initiatives
- Ensure strong integration between analytics platforms, cloud services, security, and enterprise applications
- Act as a senior subject matter expert for business intelligence, analytics engineering, and data platform technologies
- Define and maintain standards, best practices, and implementation patterns for BI and data warehouse platforms
- Drive long-term platform roadmaps aligned with business growth, analytics maturity, cloud adoption, and operational efficiency goals
- Proactively identify technical debt, scalability risks, and platform improvement opportunities
- Maintain awareness of current BI, analytics, and data management trends, introducing innovative tools and approaches where appropriate
- Support planning, prioritization, and execution of enterprise analytics initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and support the growth of a highly collaborative and inclusive analytics engineering team
- Partner with leadership teams and stakeholders to align analytics capabilities with business priorities
- Provide regular updates on roadmap progress, platform initiatives, and project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of analytics and reporting solutions
- Facilitate solution-oriented discussions with both technical and business stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Support enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making initiatives
- Contribute to the practical application of analytics, predictive modeling, and data science concepts
- Drive improvements in analytics platform reliability, scalability, performance, and usability
- Promote agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices across the analytics organization
- Help establish transparent prioritization frameworks and governance models for analytics initiatives
Skills
- Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities

- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Analytics Engineering, or related disciplines
- 3+ years designing and delivering BI solutions using cloud-based platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake
- Strong foundational knowledge of: Business Intelligence platforms and reporting solutions, Data warehouse architecture and data transformation processes, Analytics and reporting tools, Cloud-based analytics ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale data initiatives
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern engineering practices
- Proven ability to define strategies, roadmaps, standards, and technical solutions
- Hands-on problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Experience within the insurance industry and/or direct-to-consumer digital businesses
- Exposure to analytics, predictive modeling, and data science initiatives
- Experience operating within high-growth and rapidly evolving business environments
- Familiarity with modern data platform automation and governance practices
- Experience driving analytics platform modernization or digital transformation initiatives
- Relevant cloud, analytics, or data platform certifications are a plus
