Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mascoma Bank is a growing financial institution seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Products Team. The Project Manager will manage enterprise projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, document and drive project outcome using a blend of traditional and agile practices
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive PM process to ensure proper documentation and communication is adhered to by all stakeholders utilizing Jira and Confluence
- Drive teams and hold them accountable to deliver on timelines
- Understand and communicate critical pathing across project teams
- Identify and communicate dependencies between vendors, internal teams, processes, and procedures and effectively document and communicate dependencies
- Manage vendor and cross-functional team dependencies for product development and integrations to meet initiative objectives
- Keep teams focused on collaborative and efficient work across work groups ensuring that each team is working on the best next step
- Monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the entire way
- Track project health, anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers
- Lead the analysis of project blockers to determine root cause and ensure responsible parties are informed and act swiftly to resolve
- Manage development initiatives with vendors and service providers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Work to keep them on task and on time
- Work with and help teams make data-driven decisions
- Facilitate team meetings when appropriate
- Adheres to and upholds all written policies and procedures of Mascoma Bank, including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring and reporting, security, operation, and personnel policies

- 8+ years in project management preferred
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (Jira, Confluence), methodologies, and best practices to track and maintain project success
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
