The role involves designing complex software solutions, driving product backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to utilize data analytics for product development.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to design complex solutions to create advantaged software
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; excellent interpersonal skills
- Continuous improvement and innovation mindset that results in the understanding of emerging technologies and how they might apply within the organization, as well as driving creativity, acting with agility and thinking outside current boundaries
- Looking for someone very iterative, must have a product mindset and think analytically as well as work well with data scientists and data engineers
- Ability to drive a product backlog and articulate that value and hunt it down
- Looking for analytics-based Product Manager rather than UI based products. They are looking at data and looking at solutions to data leakage
- Superior process design skills and operational orientation
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate a matrixed organization
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Thrives under pressure and working to aggressive timelines. Insatiable will to get stuff done
