Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is an ultra luxury Florida resort seeking a Remote Luxury Hotel Sales Leader. The role involves driving transient revenue through strategic acquisition and management of high-value corporate and luxury leisure accounts, while delivering an exceptional luxury guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and grow relationships with corporate clients, luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, and premium leisure accounts
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate preferred rate agreements, and secure long-term partnerships
- Develop customized sales proposals and contracts aligned with revenue and profitability goals
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and increase market share
- Monitor account production, booking pace, ADR, and RevPAR to identify growth opportunities and maximize performance
- Represent the property at industry events, trade shows, client presentations, and familiarization tours to strengthen brand awareness and drive new business
- Partner cross-functionally with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client and guest experiences
Skills
- Experience in luxury hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic acquisition and management of high-value accounts
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in securing long-term partnerships
- Ability to develop customized sales proposals and contracts
- Experience collaborating with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies
- Strong analytical skills to monitor account production and market trends
- Experience representing a property at industry events and trade shows
