The Growth Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business and expanding existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage net-new customers within target markets and industries
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner relationships
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer business challenges and align solutions to their objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
- Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to existing customers and key stakeholders
- Develop account plans to drive customer adoption, expansion, and long-term value
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within assigned accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention rates
Skills
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, to include closing deals
- Proven success in both new logo acquisition and account growth
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding quota
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or ITSM solutions
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Experience engaging with executive buyers including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and business leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
