They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team, provide mentorship, and shape the engineering culture while collaborating with product and design leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our Engineering team
- Provide mentorship, professional guidance, and regular feedback to Leadgenius engineers
- Build Leadgenius’ engineering culture, organization, and hiring process
- Facilitate technical architecture discussions that shape the long term foundation of our digital products
- Collaborate with product, design, and business leadership to help define product roadmaps that prioritize solutions to core business problems
Skills
- Management or leadership experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Experience working with large data sets and integrations
- An empathetic approach to and passion for solving customer problems
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous individual contributor (IC) experience using Django with large data sets and knowledge of technical best practices
