They are seeking a motivated Director of ISO Channel Sales to expand their partner ecosystem and strengthen their presence in the payments industry. The role involves driving new partnerships, supporting partner success, and representing Luqra across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Luqra brand with professionalism and credibility, maintaining a strong online presence that supports partner engagement and reinforces market positioning
- Engage and cultivate relationships with prospects and partners through phone, email, video conferencing, social platforms, and tradeshows, tailoring communication to drive meaningful conversations and outcomes
- Qualify inbound opportunities and lead initial partner evaluations, assessing strategic alignment, production potential, and readiness to proceed
- Confidently present Luqra’s partner program, value proposition, and enablement resources to key stakeholders, addressing questions and advancing decision making
- Negotiate and progress partner agreements, including reviewing contracts and working through redlines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage high value relationships to influence partnerships and generate new business, driving merchant account growth and long-term revenue opportunities
- Manage leads, opportunities, and activity tracking within the CRM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strong pipeline visibility
- Support deal progression and seamless handoff, coordinating with onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition and strong partner experience
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchant services or payment processing (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable across phone, video, and digital platforms
- Experience using LinkedIn for professional engagement and brand presence
- Microsoft 365 proficiency. Experience with CRMs, HubSpot, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Growth‑oriented and eager to build a long‑term career in business development
- Experience in a TSYS/Global Payments environment
- Familiarity with payment equipment, gateways, and POS hardware
- Understanding of pricing structures, interchange, and statement basics
- Knowledge of risk and underwriting workflows
- Comfortable representing both personal and company brand on LinkedIn
