Responsibilities
- Strategic support for mission-critical programs in defense, health, or cybersecurity
- Advisory roles shaping modernization efforts across DoD, HHS, or DHS agencies
- Insight development on readiness, resilience, and federal performance reform
- Named Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on federal opportunities
- Solution co-designers for mission-aligned delivery models
- Operational readiness and planning leads for defense and public health programs
Skills
- Deep federal program experience
- Experience as a former federal leader or specialist impacted by agency workforce reductions
- Operational or strategic expertise in Defense Readiness (TRADOC, Guard, OSD, DHA)
- Operational or strategic expertise in Cybersecurity, Resilience, and Risk (CISA, DISA, IC)
- Operational or strategic expertise in Public Health & Emergency Preparedness (HHS, CDC, ASPR, FEMA)
- Operational or strategic expertise in Intelligence & Homeland Security (DHS, CBP, DTRA, FEMA, DIA)
- Experience supporting large-scale programs
- Experience with mission-critical infrastructure
- Experience leading modernization efforts in a federal context
- Active or previously held federal clearance preferred
