As a Remote Customer Care Associate at careerzynith, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued members, groups, providers, and brokers. You will handle inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interaction (when applicable), troubleshooting concerns and resolving complaints with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. Your mission is to ensure every interaction meets our high standards of service quality while delivering timely and accurate responses that exceed expectations.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position. The regular work schedule is 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Training will take place over 7 weeks from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. During training, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our systems, policies, and the TRICARE Dental Program. Please note that this role may require irregular work hours, holidays, or weekends as business needs dictate. Regular and timely attendance is essential to team success.
