Skills
- Hands-on experience in modern CMS platforms, including WordPress, Drupal, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Contentful, and Product Information Management (PIM) systems
- Experience in content setup, migration, QA, and publishing
- Use of CMS, PIMs, DAMs, and eCRM tools
- Ensuring localization, accurate system migration, and QA
- Occasional platform support, ticket handling via Jira, and liaising with engineering teams
- Strong process-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of digital marketing operations
