The Sage Group’s client, a leading HR and benefits software company, is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager to enhance their content and messaging strategy. This part-time contract role requires a strong B2B content marketer to create compelling content that builds brand visibility and supports demand generation.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute content across web, thought leadership, and demand generation programs
- Develop and optimize website and landing page content with a focus on SEO/AEO
- Write blogs, social content, ghostwritten pieces, eBooks, infographics, and other campaign assets
- Translate messaging strategy into clear, engaging, persona-relevant content
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure content is aligned, effective, and on brand
Skills
- 10+ years of content marketing, content strategy, or B2B marketing experience
- Senior Manager-level experience with strong hands-on execution skills
- Background in HR, benefits, payroll, or related software industries
- Experience writing for key buyer and practitioner personas
- Strong understanding of SEO/AEO, landing page optimization, and thought leadership content
