Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships for Bedrock Truck Beds products
- Identify customer needs and market trends to grow territory sales
- Travel up to 80% to support customers and expand business opportunities
- Manage budgets, reports, and territory documentation
- Support trade shows and promotional events
- Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and internal teams
- All other duties as assigned by management
Skills
- Three or more years of B2B sales experience
- Must reside within the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to analyze sales trends and implement strategies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Self-motivated with a professional customer-focused approach
- Bachelor's degree preferred
