• *Post Coordinator - Music Editing Company for TV/Film**
Busy bi-coastal Music Editing company with LA and NYC offices seeks a responsible, extremely organized, and driven Post Coordinator. The company works year-round in heavy volume on high-caliber projects in the music for TV and Film space. We are passionate about our work and love to help one another, so being personable is a must. This position reports to the COO and Studio Manager and requires organizational techniques and attention to detail to manage many ongoing projects simultaneously.
Industry experience is required, and preferably post-production experience. The position is fully remote.
Job Type: Full-time, minimum 40 hours/week (Monday - Friday) with overtime likely
• *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing and responding to company emails in a timely manner
• Updating contacts and calendars as projects are received
• Creating and assigning tasks in Asana as work comes in
• Coordinating with clients to gather onboarding materials and required project information
• Confirming meetings and ensuring all necessary materials (Zoom links, streaming links, etc.) are distributed
• Scheduling calls and meetings across multiple projects
• Sending materials and assets to clients on behalf of the company
• Managing incoming calls on the studio line and routing messages
• Meeting regularly with company leadership to discuss workflows, scheduling, and team needs
• Managing digital music portfolios (website, promo materials, resumes, credits, IMDb updates)
• Organizing company files across Dropbox, iCloud, and other platforms
• Communicating urgent updates to relevant team members

Although the position is remote, the ideal candidate is based out of Los Angeles/West Coast.
